This pack lasts a month. Wish they provided 1 bottle of 60 capsules to prevent plastic waste. Better for the environment.
I have vulvodynia (chronic burning and irritation in privates) due to PCOS.
This is my second purchase of Vitex double pack. It has reduced frequency of likoria and also made some difference to my hormonal cystic acne.
I still have pain and acne but they are reduced. Hope to see more difference after 3 months of use.
Also note that this product is thanda in taseer. Not going to disturb your hormones.
Thank you Miss for your nice feedback. If issue is more severe than use it for 4 to 6 months, its safe in use even for longer times and definitely it will resolve all the issues Inshallah. Secondly, 60 capsules packing is also a nice suggestion to reduce plastic waste and we also focus on plastic waste, water preservation, greenery but issue is that some people do not afford 60 capsules at once that's why we are selling 30 capsules pack but may be in future we launch 60 capsules packing.
