This is my mega review lol. I (24, female) have taken these daily for 5 months roughly. I have lost approx. 12-15 kg which is a huge deal for me. I have an overeating disorder and usually gain back whatever weight I have lost from restrictive diets pretty quickly.
But these supplements have made my weight loss sustainable. I don't feel starved and exhausted.
I haven't dieted. I just eat the healthy recommended amount of food and intermittent fast. I take 2 capsules right before fasting and the energy boost I get from these allows me to last for several hours without feeling sluggish and do what I need to do for the day.
If some days, I am particularly stressed I might take one more capsule in the evening to prevent comfort eating and I can last till dinner without any relapses lol.
I know I would've lost twice as much weight if I had done cardio or something on the side but I am too lazy lol (I'll do better IA). I still saw a big difference.
I don't take more than 3 a day. According to my research, long term intake of high dosages of Garcinia Cambogia haven't been *proven* to be safe. They might be but i don't want to risk my liver or health.

I have IBS (a very sensitive stomach for those who don't know what that means), PCOS (hormone issues), really bad acne plus hypersensitive skin and I can confirm that these supplements did not make any of my symptoms worse nor did I experience any side effcts. I was cautious initially while taking them, thinking that they might have 'garam taseer' and mess with my hormones. But I noted no difference. Infact the weight loss has made things easier.
According to my research these are not recommended to be taken with any blood thinners, antiplatelet or liver medications. If you are on any medications, make sure to research their safe usage in conjuction with Garcinia Cambogia.
Personally, I am not on anything but sometimes I take Panadol or something and I make sure to wait for a few hours before taking my capsules.
Do not take them at night time because like caffeine they can give you insomnia.

As long as you don't abuse the supplements and alter the dosage for your unique circumstances, you will NOT be disappointed.

I am very happy with the results. The supplements have been in my experience safe, effective and very reasonably priced given the results.

I am sure that I can reach my goal weight in a few more months and maintain it with continual usage of these supplements.
The customer service has also been very cooperative and pleasant in all my interactions. The delivery process is always swift and timely.

If you are seeking to lose excess weight in a sustainable way without going crazy and have reasoneble expectations, I would HIGHLY recommend these.
I wish I had discovered them sooner.

My only compaints are that
1. I wish they would bubble wrap the package or insulate it during delivery. I haven't reveived a damaged product so far but it is solely wrapped in a thin plastic bag and there's always the risk of it.
2. I would prefer it if they had a 90 capsules bottle so I didn't have to buy 2 plastic bottles. Better for the environment.
